  DEMO / FICTIONAL. A Civilization-style capability tech tree for an embedded Linux engineering platform: six eras (columns) by eight branches (swimlanes), with capabilities, milestones and wonders joined by prerequisites. Capability names and structure come from Eric's write-up; owners, links, eurekas and the statuses in demo.state.json are invented for demonstration and describe no real organisation. Links are opaque `{type, ref, relation}` references that a host application resolves (e.g. against its example catalog).
